I started Newsletter Circle in Jan’23 by asking successful newsletter operators how they built their publications from scratch.

Since then I’ve interviewed over 60 newsletter operators, whose lists range from 500 to 3 million subscribers. 

Starting out was not easy. 

I left my corporate job after 10 years and I had zero experience & network in the newsletter space. 

But, I also know that hard work always pays off. 

So, I’ve been learning everything by studying other operators and experimenting with numerous tactics.

There is not such thing called “overnight success”. 

My aim here is to show you what it really takes to build a healthy and sustainable newsletter business.
